Thousands of students aspire to become doctors, dentists, and other allied health services professionals in India but the fact remains that the recent NEET implementation for admissions has put a dampener on student’s ambitions with the restrictive entry and ad-hoc entrance tests requirements every now and then by the governing councils like MCI. REQUIREMENT FOR THE PROGRAM:
Minimum qualification needed to pursue Medical Studies is 12th pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects with a minimum of 50% marks in each subject. COSTS & DURATION FOR OVERSEAS MBBS COMPARED:
1.Russia: Duration is 6 years & average cost is 4000 USD per year
2.China: Duration is 6 years and average costs is 6000 USD per year
3.Philipines: Duration is 5.5 years and average cost is roughly 1000 USD per year
4.Malaysia: Duration is 5 years and average cost is 20000 USD per year

MEDICAL EDUCATION IN GERMANY:
Medical Education in Germany has three options from the financial point of view.
Candidate can complete the Preparatory program in Germany (13th year of schooling) and appear for an Entrance Exam and choose one of the following:
1. Excel in the exam and join the Govt. Medical Colleges with a very low fee (approx 1000 Euros per year)
2. Do well in the Exam and join the Private Medical Universities paying full fees (approx 180,000 Euros for Six years)
3. Do well in the exam and agree to work with the hospitals after the study (MBBS) and continue to do the Master (Super Specialty study). Under this option, the University offers a 70% scholarship in the form of fee waiver (approx. 50,000 Euros for Six years)
Option 3 gives the student the option to study on the MBBS program and work towards his/her super-specialization award.
During the post-education work tenure of about 6 years when he/she is preparing for the Master’s/ Specialisation award he/she will get paid 4500 to 5000 Euros per month so effectively giving you all the money invested back plus the qualification.
